Shipping policy

UK Shipping & Dispatch Times
We aim to dispatch all UK orders received by 3pm the same day they are placed. However, this is not always possible and during peak days we may have to post the following day. Also, some items such as our corridor connections are hand made to order so expect those delivered in around 5-7 working days.
For all small parcels up to 2kg we use Royal Mail and for everything over 2kg we use either Parcel Force or DPD. Please note that Royal Mail services are not a next day service. We will always keep you informed with tracking info, for orders over 2kg, via email.
 
International Shipping
The international shipping charge is calculated on the weight of the order. All international orders up to 2kg can be sent via Airmail. Orders weighing over 2kg have to be sent via the courier option.
